Orders
Options for ordering:
- On-line - Add items
to your "shopping cart". As you "Purchase", you will see a secure order form
to provide your credit card information. This is an SSL secure order form,
and your credit card information will be collected in an encrypted manner.
Your information is confidential, and will remain that way. On-line orders
are processed on a secure E-commerce Platform.
- The minimum for online orders is $25, though
you may process your order if it does not meet the minimum requirements for
a $5 service charge/handling fee.
Payment Options
All orders are paid in full at time of order.
If orders are not in stock, they will need to be re-ordered at a later time.
We can call you when they come in. We apologize, but backorders can not be
mailed separately.
We accept money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
or American Express.
We do not have a minimum order. Again, please note, orders under $25 do
incur a handling fee.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us.
We DO NOT SELL our mailing list or email list.
We do ask for your email address for our monthly
internet special that is sent by email only. Upon
check out, you will be asked if you wish to receive future emails. This is
what said refers to.
If at any time you wish to be removed from
the mailing, please let us know. We will remove you from the list.
Return Policy
No unauthorized returns.
Unused items may be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days, with
receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, for returned items.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Returns must be made within 14 days, with receipt. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
We recommend insuring these items, upon return. If we do not receive them,
we can't be held responsible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for
merchandise with obvious wear and tear.
Shipping Policy
Please provide us with a street address.
Fed Ex can't ship
to a P.O. Box. Most orders are usually shipped within 48 hours,
depending on inventory stock. If an item is out of stock, we will
contact you. At that time, we can discuss availability. We can
hold order and ship when item comes in.
We charge ACTUAL SHIPPING costs
for orders, which are calculated after order is packaged.
We prefer to ship Fed Ex Ground / Fed Ex Home Delivery. However, depending on the speed of
delivery some cases may be shipped USPS (with insurance). Most orders
are shipped within 48 hours. During holidays, please allow a little extra. If shipped it Fed Ex
Ground you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your order has critical timing, please
contact us to ensure delivery time. Rush delivery service is available via Fed Ex
Overnight, at greater charges.
